Our design approach is guided by the principles of balance and simplicity, resulting in a functional and elegant eyewear.

Our frames are crafted using the innovative technology of powder bed fusion, a form of 3D printing that enables us to create intricate and precise designs. We are able to take advantage of this technology to create frames that are both durable and elegant.

We use bio-plastic made from castor bean oil to make our frames, which is not only eco-friendly but also incredibly lightweight and comfortable.

Our process begins with inspiration drawn from classic lines, details, and silhouettes. We then refine and sculpt every surface to achieve the ideal balance of visual and physical weight and feel. We go through multiple iterations, carefully scrutinizing every detail, before we run the first small batch production.

We balance style and performance in our sunglass designs, ensuring that each pair of glasses has the proper lens size and frame fit with hi-def polarized lens tints, anti-reflective, smudge and scratch coatings, with UV and Blue-Light protection.

Most of our sunglasses weigh less than 1 oz. and are flexible yet retain their shape, providing a comfortable fit like a gentle hug.

We shape and sculpt the bridge and temple surfaces to achieve a comfortable ergonomic fit that will last all day.

Making our eyewear locally using bio-plastic made from castor bean oil has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It has allowed us to have full control over the manufacturing process and reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, it has enabled us to build valuable relationships with our domestic partners and support our local economy by keeping nearly all of our manufacturing costs within our community.
