Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging. Returns are available on all U.S. orders within 14 days of receipt of your order to receive a full refund or exchange.
HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY
We stand behind all of our products and we want you to feel totally confident with your purchase.
If issues experienced with the frame include a manufacturer's defect, or an issue resulting from an inherent flaw in the product, we provide a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. We will, of course, repair or replace them for you at no cost with an identical or reasonably equivalent style.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $100 - We are happy to offer free standard shipping in the USA on orders over $100. These orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
